... enjoy a wine tasting in the woods of two specialty sparkly wines. Both a boujie  and a basic bottle of bubbles selected by a certified Master of Champagne. Our wine fairy Erin Maher will teach you a little bit about sparkling wines around the world. You will learn how to expertly sabre a bottle. Finished with a casual Q & A.
